    restoring the registry

    I started to update windows 2000 Pro but aborted because it was taking to long to gather information. I would like to go back to a registry setting that worked as my system is behaving badly from the minute I aborted the update, can anyone help please.

    sending mail

    I BTopenworld as my ISP but use freeserve another ISP for my mail. Having setup the pop3 and smtp for freeserve in outlook express I receive mail ok but cannot send because I keep getting cannot locate server messages. Can anyone help please Thanks
