have a bcm 50 in house. Our main attendent ext1015, the port went dead today. switched phone over to ext1020 but the auto attendent night service ring is not working on this extension. changed the auto attentent is call pilot. added ext1020 to that ring group, but nothing works. any help...- dpezzato
