I have the coverage path to send the regular calls to VM. However, when the pers CO lines rimg, they just ring and don't go to voice mail. The calls to the extension number (example 1910) go to voice mail without any problem. Am I missing something somewhere?? Thanks again

Upgrading to the R7 did the trick on the 016 card with ring gen. The phones work perfectly. I believe that the ring generator on the power supply might be bad because the phones will not ring on the 012 card without ring gen. I don't know if there's any way of actually testing the ring generator...
