View- Find and Replace. on find rext box highlight the spaces and copy and paste it to the find text box and in replace textbox just hit the spacebar once. and click on replace all. Thats it. It was simple- hiklior

Hi , I am in a real problem. I have a huge file that i just gor from querying the database and i needed it on .doc or . txt format. Since the query result is a table there are lots of spaces between each word . I need only one space between each work. Is there any way to do it. Exactly one...- hiklior
