Do you mean placing a button for adding new data entry on an item or for adding a new item? We have no problem with adding additional items to inventory, just the data entry on the subform. If just adding a button to the subform to jump to the bottom empty entry line wouldn't be necessary...

Okay, did that; but still opens as before. Next record to enter down at the bottom. Obviously I'm missing something. My first date entry field is TransactionDate I put that in the [Whatever TextBox] as you directed. Missing something simple I just know it.
