Steal Call from extension on BCM 400
I am looking for a funtion to allow me to steal a call currently being handled (speaking) on an extension on our BCM 400 PABX by another extension. eg - Steal call on Xtn 102 for Xtn 231. Ideally this would be a dial string, but a function on our server that client PC software could call...- PatriotUK
