I have an I1220 linked to a BCM50 via public IP with port forwarding to the BCM LAN IP. The phone links up fine and all features work, but I get no audio. I had the IT person ensure that all ports needed for voice paths are open, buyt still nothing. Any suggestions on what I am missing?
I have a BCM50-5.0 with (1) PRI installed and continue to get Alaram 75. Have done all the basics, tested with carrier, switched feed pairs, switched cable to DMARC/SMART JACK and even swapped the DTM. We now have the circuit relatively stable, but periodically we are still getting Alarm 75...

Thanks for the response! Do you know if anyone has tested it anyway? I know that sometimes Nortel will allow certain features and not tell anyone. Also, have you heard if they are going to add it to a new release of software?
Since the Companion for Norstar has been discontinued, can you use the last (2) fiber slots in the second 6 port expansion for station modules or anything else?
