Please help! I have purchased a used Micros 3700 system as Oracle/Micros wants to charge me $23 000 for a new one. The used one has data in there that I would like to delete without deleting the software. How do I delete the previous owners info: their name, their staff info, their sales stats...- littlemissdiane
