Just in case you need to watch out for a NULL value, it's easy to work in the NZ function to take care of that. For example:
Nz(dblLossGain , 0 )
Another gotcha you might have to look out for is if dblCostBasis = dblDiv. There isn't an If statement that covers that condition. I don't know...
