That was my problem. I found where that is supposed to be defined and saw no remote agent license. Thanks.

I went to that file and ran it. Still the same error message. I read the BackupExec manual and it says that the license is not required if you load the remote agent. I will continue looking around. If anyone else has an idea, please let me know. Thanks.
