Thanks! You were right. That is exactly what we found when we did some analysis on our T1 usage. (A T1 separates some of our users from the server.) This error seems to occur at times of high utilization.
Check to make sure that the password that is used to authenticate the drive mapping is the same as the password used to run the agent. Hope this helps.
