Thank you...
Made it run the if statement if the record count>0
Has been running now every 10 seconds with no problems.
Again thanks was one hurdle I had to get over.
When I say "there is no longer any sample to run the code against", yes, the query does not return any records.
As far as checking the record count of the subform, I have never done anything like that before.
I was wondering if anyone might have a way of work around for what I am trying to do.
I have a subform based on a query that looks to see if a product is good. If it it good it is marked by a time stamp. After the time expires the code marks the product is no longer good, marks taht it needs...
i use MSQuery quite extensively. I will build a query return the data and use it. The next day, week, or month later, I will open the old spreadsheet go and edit the query and change the query properties.
When I try to do this in MSQuery for XL2002. It will not allow me back into MSQuery to edit...

I am trying to capture another form's combo box and check box into a text box and check box. I have been able to bring teh information into the form, but can't figure out how to capture the data into the table. Would appreciate any help
The Main form has rail car unloading status on it. This includes CarNumber, Status, Heating and wether Caps have been checked. The subforms deal with truck information which really has no relation with the main form. The reason for the requery interval is so that the subforms update. The Scale...
I have a main form built off of a query with 4 or 5 subforms, each built off seperate queries. I created the subforms as regular forms and dropped them on a tabs. The forms when i built them have macro requery on them that runs off a timer interval (every 2 minutes). When I run the main form and...
