    Thanks for your response. It turns out the integrator on at the remote office didn't add the route into the router like I asked him to do. Once he added it everything worked. Thanks for your help.

    Yes, when we look at the live event log on the concentrator we can see phase 1 and phase 2 completed. Also, we get packets received but none sent.
