    Hi I am running it from the master server and it does not work. I rebot the server, the error 214 is gone, but now I have a new error scheduler exciting - no storage units available for use (213) Any idea what that means? There are plently of scratch tapes there... Thanks!

    Thanks so much for the replies! I only have 1 media server. I didn't change any drive on the media server, I do realize one of the drives is not on the tape drives list under Device Hosts, the person orginally set up the configuration is no longer here, I cannot confirm if it was purposely set...

    When I perform volume configuration update from ROBOT INVENTORY from Manager and Device Manager, I got an error 'robot inventory failed: Robot number does not exists (214)' Would anyone know what it means? Many thanks! Mabel Manzara mmanzara@slb.com
