My field are set up like this: 8 fields ClientFirstName ClientLastName DateApproved $$Approved VendorName Invoice# $$Spent RemainingFunds Not sure if this will help. Also I have spaces in some of my field names, would that effect anything? Mary- MaryLouise

Subtotals in Access
Hi, I have set up a database in Access 2002 and have a starting amount of $40,000 to use to help individuals in need purchase medications, housing, etc. I receive requests at different intervals and need to keep a subtotal and total of how much money I have left. Any help. Thanks, Mary- MaryLouise
