    MS proxy 4+ port 9999 not opened HELP..?

    hi i would like some help.. there is a website http://chat.mobilinksms.com with the Java appelet installation on the clients machine .But it doesnt seem to work behhind proxy /firewall and tries to connect to Port 9999 .is ther any plugin for I.E. Browser for bypassing such Proxt/firewall.?
