Thanks, but I need the two birthday fields to cater for the end-of-year situation, unless you know of a better way. Anyway, I have found a solution now, by using IIf in a report...- rprosser

I need to produce a report that shows forthcoming birthdays, based on the sample Membership application. Given the Birthdate in the 'members' table, how do I find birthdays for (say) 20-30 days from today? So far I have created a report (see below) which calculates the birthdays for this year...- rprosser
