    Custom Call Routing help please

    Hi all Apologies if this is a very basic request, but I'm no BCM expert. I'm trying to get our BCM to answer a call and then route the call to a hunt group. Trouble is, I can't decide whether we need auto attendant or CCR trees, or both? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
