We've been experiencing problems with our Nortel BCM1000 system for some time, but yesterday it was dropping calls a little too regularly.
We ended up pulling the system out of the cabinet ready for an engineer (who is yet to show), and while we were at it decided to Spinrite the disk...

Apologies if this is a very basic request, but I'm no BCM expert. I'm trying to get our BCM to answer a call and then route the call to a hunt group. Trouble is, I can't decide whether we need auto attendant or CCR trees, or both? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
