    Prompt for additional data in excel

    Please can smeone tell me how I prompt someone for information in a cell based on an entry in another cell? eg. In A1, I have a yes/no question - if I enter yes, I want excel to prompt for a value to be entered in B1. A negative response would require no action.

    Using a date or a time to trigger a macro

    Is there any other way of doing this? - I don't want to run the macro from my scheduler because other people use my database, so I want the macro to run itself from excel on a particular date (and then if for any reason I left, the database would still be workable)
