okay. in FF, the navbar works, but the positioning of my styles applied to the main div (#scrollbox) is all messed up...

it appears that IE adds an extra pixel or two above and below
my navbar buttons... i cannot for the life of me figure out what
is going on.... it's perfect in firefox (as usual)....

you'll see (in firefox) my rounded tabs have some strange space above them. in IE, this space is not present, and, for some reason, that tabs are not...
