I am creating a Boot Wwitcher program for all versions of Windows. I'd like to add an option to include Linux. My concern is that I need to find out if different versions of Linux write their boot.ini entries differntly. Here's my boot.ini file below:

Windows XP
1. Login as Administrator
2. Go to Start/Run and type in cmd and click OK.
At the prompt type cipher /r:Eagent and press enter
This prompt will then display:

1. Unhide all files via My Computer/View on the Menu/Folder Options/View Tab.
2. Go to Start/Find/Files or Folders and search for shelliconcache delete it and reboot.
