    Does anyone know how to change in a query a six string line to a three string line. Example: I am sorting cities and last three of the zip code "WIL711" I would like the the query to return a value of just "WIL".

    I am creating a report that is dividing two values of 0. Example Calls Taken 0 / Call Quality 0 and the message in the report comes up as "#Num!" The error also exist in the Query and gives me an error message "#Error" How can I fix this?
