We have an NEC IPS2000. The analog lines (DTR-1-1 phones) have developed a very weak ringtone of late (Digital phones are fine). Let me know what you think is the cause/cure. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your assistance, I was able to get the two phones to answer as I hoped. Step 2 was already performed (I found 0 setup in Command 11), so then I assigned 0 to a key on the phone and it worked. I remain confused about step 1 though.
