Analog phone lines have weak ringtone IPS2000

Thanks a million! I have two PIMs with the SLT cards, and was able to identify that only SLT associated with the top PIM had poor ring tone. Thanks again, you really are a great help.

Analog phone lines have weak ringtone IPS2000

Thank you for the information! I'm looking into this. I have created a spreadsheet of lines to LEN's in the past. I have 4 PIM's but I'm not sure how to identify a LEN to a card to verify if SLT has poor ring tone in more than one PIM. I haven't gone to every SLT phone to verify poor ring tone...

Analog phone lines have weak ringtone IPS2000

We have an NEC IPS2000. The analog lines (DTR-1-1 phones) have developed a very weak ringtone of late (Digital phones are fine). Let me know what you think is the cause/cure. Thanks!

How insert pause in FDA number (for long distance code)

I looked through the forum and saw another post regarding this, but not an answer. I have tried recall and redial as suggested elsewhere without luck. I am wanting to allow a user to FDA to a long distance number, so need the pause before entering the Long Distance code. Let me know if this is...

    Dial 0 for operator

Thank you so much for your assistance, I was able to get the two phones to answer as I hoped. Step 2 was already performed (I found 0 setup in Command 11), so then I assigned 0 to a key on the phone and it worked. I remain confused about step 1 though. I didn't find 801 in command 200, nor did I...
