Well, that seems to have worked and the my query is returning the records that I expect it to. So, that begs the question, what do the Totals and "GROUP BY" functions do. I'm sure this is a very basic question, but like I said, this is my first Access database. Thanks.

Do you mean deleting the just the phrase "GROUP BY" or the entire section? I assume you mean that I should do this in the SQL view.
