    Need Help putting data into Access

    Ok here's my problem, I'm working with some data from an excel spreadsheet, and I need to put it into a form on Access, but I can't figure out how to get the info from the excel sheet to Access. I tried copying it but it just puts that info into the one field, and doesnt create multiple fields...
