We run Seagate Info 7.5 in Win 2K server. Some of the reports remain "processing" for ever. When these reports are stopped and rescheduled, they complete within seconds! These are not even going to status "Not Responding". The MaxProcessingTime setting in the registry is 180...

The Info Agent process terminates automatically after the APS was started, even before any report is viewed using info viewer or web interface. Even if it is restarted, it terminates again by itself.

When a report with 5 tables is run using Informix ODBC driver ver.3.11,
It flashes 'Unknown Error -19820'. This report works good with Crystal
Informix ODBC Driver Ver 9. It seems the SQL generated with the Informix

driver itself?

No, not through the web interface. When creating the report instance directly in the desktop, the password field is blank. How to make it to be populated by default, like other fields in the Server Logon Tab?
Is there any way to hardcode the password before creating the report instance in the desktop?
Right now the server name, database and logon user name are appearing in the new instance, and I need to type in the password once and save it for each instance.
Thanks in advance.
