    Thanks Golom Unfortunately I am an engineer trying to create a tool to check circuit outage conflicts and not a programmer. Any advice on how I can achieve my goal would be very welcome.     Sorry if there was insufficient info on my question - I have a form which users access to approve jobs, there are six conditional check boxes that users check as the vaious job parameters are met - all I want to happen is the job approved check box to be set true when all other six check boxes...
