File does not exist errors - HELP!
I host a website on my own computer and the speed has been fine for as long as I can remember but over the last few days it has been loading CSS and images really slowly even with low traffic - I've not changed any PHP coding as the previous coding loaded instantly before and I haven't changed...- EmmGee
