I have a list of data corresponding to dates (in an excel table), and I only want to chart the last 60 days, any suggestions on the easiest way to do this?

This might be a very simple question, but it is frustrating me. I want to make a chart that captures a series of data like this:
a
a
b
e
f
a
b
and produce a chart showing the quantity of each value (a=3, b=2, e=1,f=1)
Any tips on how to do this? Thanks!
The report I am creating has too many columns to fit on one page - so it spills over onto the next page (to the right) - which is what I want, but the header doesn't print on both pages, it only prints on the first one. I need to know how to have the extra columns spill over to the next page...
