In answer to your questions: No, cannot ping. No, configuration has not changed. I had a CCNP/CCIE friend configure it for me and he emailed me the config file. I located it, ran 'show run' on 851W, and checked it line for line against the original...nothing changed. Yes, I power cycle...

Worked Great!!!
I configured an 1841 router with a basic conf and connected WAN to SRW2048. Connected my test pc to fE0 and I was able to get to internet....YAY...
