Thanks! I fixed it. Somehow the prime changed. I'm not sure how this could have happened in the first place. But now it works. Thanks for your suggestions- emcjt

Here's some more info: I just set up his extension to forward to voicemail. This doesn't work for outside calls but only intercom calls. Very confusing to me. And, I've re-initialized his VM box, new greeting, new password. Checked all line assignments. Still confused. Thanks in advance for...- emcjt

One of the extensions in our company has suddenly stopped forwarding on no answer to voicemail and I don't know why. I have tried changing the number of rings for transfer but all that changes is the number of rings I hear at that extension, no transfer to voicemail takes place. All settings...- emcjt
