    J6054B EIO 20GB Problem

    I had a customer with the same problem last week. Had to replace the HDD J6054B. When this was completed the machine would not fax. The HDD holds part of the firmware for the printer. A firmware upgrade was needed. When I did this all was well with the printer. RRSAND
