I use two methods: 1) Shut it down, and use DOS's xcopy to copy the folders to another system (over the LAN). 2) I installed a 2nd hard drive, and just xcopy'd the folders to the 2nd drive. If you need level 2 or level 3 password reset, let me know - I figured out the file and coding to decrypt...- WebHabitat
