hmm. I guess there is something in the system named Line 8. I checked the system programming and found out Line008 is PRI channel not Line 8. Anybody can give me a hint where to look for entry named Line 8?

1st site using 2xx digit and 2nd site using 3xx digit. Actually I called my phone guy who sell the system, but he needs to ask his other friends because he only done this once and he forgot. If I dial 9 and 3 digits ext will work, but my boss prefer to dial only 3 digits ext.
