I've been running a Windows 2000 advanced server for a while now to host my website and i'm trying to setup my own DNS server for my domain name... my questions are the following:
1) Can anybody point me to a simple tutorial on how to accomplish that... i've done searched this forum for a while...
Ok, I've been told to type "install DB_File" at the PPM prompt to install the DB_File mod on ActivePerl 5.6 but I get the following error when I try:
error: No suitable installation target found for package DB_File.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

No prob. RhythmAce.....danielzohac I had done that and it wasn't working, i could get to the message board but not log on... the only other thing i changed was the port #, i was using port 9090 and i changed it to 81...anyways i'm just glad it's all good now.... many thanks for the help.

Hi...thanks for the quick replies...RythmAce there nothing at all on the error logs... wullie is a cgi script is on /forum/ directory which is the scripts dir...i'm new to this and I don't know how to turn register_globals on...
