Backup Exec thinks our 20gb tape is a 10gb tape
We needed a bigger tape, so we got a 20gb one, but it still thinks it is 10gb. it doesn't say on the tape that its 10/20 gb or anything like other threads have described. Running identify on the tape shows it to be 10gb, but it is supposed to be 20gb. What can we do?? :(- krazykaz
