LDAP and Windows 2003 Server Firewall Questions

First of all I am wondering how to set up LDAP so it only listens to Localhost and nothin else. Second what ports and services does Windows Server 2003 Firewall block by default?

Disable POP3 and bind SMTP/LDAP to Localhost

Ok someone asked me this but I wasn't sure what they meant either so I decided to look around for an answer. Apparently they were having problems disabling POP3 while keeping SMTP and LDAP enabled? I found how to install SMTP without installing POP3. Is LDAP installed seperate from POP3?
