    we have a mitel 3300 mxe running version 8.0.10.7_1 and the IP PMS link to Tiger has started only responding with a NAK. after a system reboot it appears to work for a few hours and on a PMS trace it shows names coming across etc, but upon looking at the telephone directory it has not updated...
