Thank you Ineuw. As far as I know I have done as you say and it works in my old computer setup using wordpro and approach database. That is using windows 98. Every page prints out nicely in order. In my new computer with windows xp, using the same programs and setup, it will not print more...- Merv2

I am using an Epson dot matrix printer. When I was using windows 98 on my old computer I was able to print 3 pages per sheet without a problem using Lotus smartsuite in a mail merge with approach database. I bought a new computer with xp on it and I have a problem. I cannot print the 3 pages...- Merv2
