Internal Hunt Group - Routing
This customer is on a BC10 switch not the latest revison which would cover 10 choices with the personal deflection, so need to know how to get a call from the hunt group (once it has finished hunting around the 7 extensions) to the switchboard. Thanks- Stuart1502

Internal Hunt Group - Routing
Set up an internal hunt group with 7 members and then need to route this to the switchboard after hunting round the 7 members, cant do this via personal deflection as only allowed 6 choices. So how do you send this to the switchboard , would this have to be via an ADN and how would it be done ...- Stuart1502
