OK, I think I may have it.
These settings seem to be working for me now.
The key seems to be to understand the distinctions between page setup and print setup, and when in the Page Setup > Advanced "Custom Page Size Dialog" understanding the distinction between 'Page' and 'Sheet'.

I watched a guy do it today in Publisher 2003, and he gave me the file.
Now I can't get the same file to work in Print Preview in Publisher 2007.
There must be a way to do it, as the Business card template works that way.

I tried adapting a business card document to three panes instead of the 2 column/5 row business card format, but not much luck. How would I make the 3 column/1 row format repeat into the other two panes?
