Gavin, Thanks. I checked out your solution. I tried out your suggestion. It is a little better than what the current situation but not quite there. I really want 2 dedicated printer icons. Thanks Dan- topazdan

2 Printer Icons (Office 2003)
I would like to have 2 printer icons in each of my MS Office programs. (One icon for each of 2 printers). 14 years ago our support person set up 30 computers with such a capability using Win 98.
