yes, but if any ringing line appears on any other phone the one with the least amount of rings set to pick up will grad that line. otherwise, just turn forward on busy to off.
You will not see a PRI in the line pools. You must assign a DEG route nubmer to it. EX. Route 3 uses DEG 855. I think that is what it is called. It is in the same place as route access codes. You must use routing to access the PRI.
