Thanks for the quick response and clarification. My recordsource is a combination of the main table (tbl_Activity) and lookup tables (tbl_Process). When an entry is logged, the process has a Process ID. That ID refers to a description within tbl_Process. My recordsource has the link as i need...- acl499
