Phantom Ringing
The DS30 appears to be release 5. I checked on the back of the device. I wasn't aware that these devices could be problematic outside of the odd synch issue we experience after rebooting. We do have DR5.1. I just went and checked the module. The SP code is 30MUM10. In case it helps, the...- Nickrm

Aragon, I belive the version of the 8x24 DR5 software is 12.10. I'm not 100% sure how to determine what the version of the software is. As for the Cinphony version, it is 3.50.0038. As far as rebooting the Norstar system is concerned, we have tried it but it is not an acceptable option...- Nickrm
