Some of our Supervisors have started to use BCMS Vu-Stats on 6416 Phones more frequently, the problem we have is that the Abandoned calls on CMS / BCMS never seem to match !!
BCMS always has alot more abandoned.
Any ideas ?

I have had this also, can be for a number of reasons... Have you done the memory/disk space/files calculation ?
When volumes mount in Netware 3 they have to have a contiguous segment of memory, I did end up moving around some of the NLM's on startup and making sure volumes are mounted...
