Thx CKnipe Thx SXWizard But, even no simple "BEEP" to let you know that you have a second call??!! Nortel will do it...I test itwith BCM and CS1000 Anyway,if you guys are already test it, so it seems the Mitel has be engineer like this. Thanks- Tbps

Hi, I have a client who wants his 5340s to ring on a incoming second line while he is talking handsfree on the first line. Even a sound notification or burst ring will be okay.
