CICS Adding Caller ID
Thanks for your suggestions. Would the system tolerate a change in trunk card without loosing all the TS & VM configuration information, or will I have to reconfigure the entire system if I change cards? Jeff- jeffery0

CICS Adding Caller ID
I have a CICS-SIP4.2 SW 6.06 currently set up with a NT7B75GA trunk card. (4 incomming standard analog trunk lines). I want to add caller ID to this system. Do I just need to replace the NT7B75GA card with a NT5B41GA card? How much reconfiguration would be needed of the CICS software? I have...- jeffery0

Call Pilot AA roll to operator
I have a Call Pilot system that uses a simple automatic answer greeting. The greeting goes something like this: "Thanks for calling. Press pound to dial by name. Press 0 to speak with the operator."
