Legend Dial Tone Problem
The Legend is at release 7.0 v10.0. The T1 is a PRI from Pacific Bell. There's only one incoming T1. The second T1 is coming out of the Legend and then into the Multitech MVP2410. I believe the DIDs are being sent over to the T1 that goes out of the Legend via a non-local UDP. The words...- dziedzic

Not using a barrier code has also been tried. Calls made with our without the barrier code in VoIP numbers go directly to the operator with a DID#? on the display when she gets them. I've had 2 different Legend technician companies work on this problem without any luck. We have a T1 coming into our Legend and then a second DS1 card with a T1 coming out of the Legend and going to a Multitech MVP2410 VoIP router.
