    Hi, I have just put a call trace on an extension number with the following command: ctdei:dir=5455; does anyone know the command to view the log? I've also tried to cancel the command with ctdee:dir=5455; but this didn't end it. Does anyone know the command for ending it? thanks in advance.

    How config extension divert to mobile phone ?

    in my experience you need to make sure that the number which the divert is going to ie 08133323 etc is an extension number on your system, otherwise the divert won't work. Hope that helps you. Matt
